One niggle: on page 12 you place Wal-Mart in the same category as a State. I think that is an error.
As you prove, a State has no substance. But a company – Walmart – does. It is an association of real people, contracting together to conduct business. “I’m in Walmart” is shorthand for “I’m standing in a building owned and built at their own expense by a set of people who joined together and call themselves ‘Walmart’ for the purpose of retail trade. Their names can be found, and any purchase I make here will be 100% voluntary.”
Well done. In fact, the only thing missing is an audio book version. Or perhaps there already is one and I haven’t looked yet. An audio version would no doubt reach a larger “AUDIence” .. eh
